A Great Morning at the Oso Fit 5K Fun Run and Community Health Fair 2026

Last weekend our team from Kinetik Performance and Rehab had such a great time being part of the Oso Fit 5K Fun Run and Community Health Fair. It was one of those mornings that reminds us how lucky we are to be part of such an awesome community.

The day started with the 5K, and it was a really fun way to kick things off. Some of our team ran, others cheered people on, and we saw a ton of familiar faces along the way. Friends, family, patients, and neighbors all came out for a great cause, and the energy around the event was amazing.

After the run, the community health fair got going and the whole area filled up with booths, families, runners, and local organizations. Our tent stayed busy most of the morning. We had a great time chatting with people, answering questions about injuries and recovery, and just talking about ways to stay active and healthy.

One of the best parts was getting to catch up with so many people we already know. Patients stopped by to say hello, friends came through the booth, and we met a lot of new people who were learning about physical therapy and performance training for the first time.

Even better, the event helped raise over $30,000 for local non-profits, which makes the whole morning even more meaningful. Being able to run, spend time with the community, and help support great causes all at the same time is pretty special.

Events like this are a big reason we love serving the Mission Viejo area. Getting out into the community, connecting with people, and supporting local events is something our whole team really enjoys.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to run, volunteer, organize, and support the event. It was a great morning and we are already looking forward to the next one.
